PRE-CONSULTANT

A pre-consult is required prior to booking an appointment. Thus allowing me as the photographer the opportunity to meet you and discuss any visual ideas and expectations .

DEPOSITS, PAYMENT AND DUE

For deposits, due within same day session appointment is scheduled to hold your date. You are required to contact me via phone with a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you fail to due so you will lose your deposit. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will still apply to your session without penalty. Please keep in mind the weather and other bookings when re-scheduling. For the remainder of your package fee, it is payable by cash or all major credit cards which is due same day of your session.

DRESS ATTIRE

No matching clothes, wear what shows your family's personality. For clean color sequence choose a color scheme of 3-5 colors otherwise go with neutral tones. No writing, large logos or busy designs but simple, classy usually better than trendy. Newborn/siblings sessions, always go with neutral tones and no writing, large logos or busy designs.

HOME STUDIO PROPS.

Yes, I do have some newborn props. My style is more natural and simplistic and usual focus more on capturing moments but you may bring props and we can discuss any ideas.

BOOKING SESSIONS always in advance, especially for newborns (Plan for 2-3 hours for sessions)
Maternity - 34 to 36 weeks
Newborn - 4 to 12 days new (exceptions for early arrival and premature)
Baby Plan – We try to aim for milestones such as smiling, tummy time, sitting up, standing without assistance.
Family – All family sessions are outdoors and must consider weather for the safety and comfort of your family. Specific events must be scheduled 4-6 weeks in advance due to limited time and spaces. Extra fees may apply if your session includes extended family members.

HOURS Home studio sessions, I do have lighting but for natural light best time is 9am to 1pm.
For outdoor sessions, best time is usually morning or evening hours. Depending on request time and location, I can scout area to make sure area is ideal for any time that is not ideal. For those requests I need at least a week notice to approve time and location.

STUDIO LOCATION Home studio location is located in Spring Hill, TN.

PRINITNG RIGHTSYes, you can choose to print elsewhere but you are required to get a print release form signed by Foley Five Photography. Please keep in mind that prints done elsewhere will NOT be professional quality or color calibrated to my computer and editing.
